Poranduba is a small travel agency created by residents of the Tumbira riverside community. We welcome visitors who want to have a unique experience in the Amazon, sharing our culture and our land. Come and spend a few days with us, we are just 1h30m by boat from Manaus. We will be pleased to welcome you to our community and introduce you to the charms of the lower Rio Negro region.
What makes Poranduba unique?
All the services are performed by locals, since the pilot of the boat, to the maids, cooks and drivers experience. Everything is prepared with great care for you.
We proudly preserve the traditional riverside way of life. Our community is small and our backyard is huge, it's the entire Amazon!
Our road is the river! We are surrounded by nature and protected from the turmoil. We receive few visitors to receive them better, with personalized and attentive service.
All people in the community involved in services and activities have already been vaccinated against COVID-19.
